Shipping policy
We ship domestically within the USA and internationally with USPS and DHL.
For each order please allow 2-5 business days for production as each item is made on-demand as customers order them individually.
Additionally, please allow for shipping times. These are the average shipping times:
- USA: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 5-15 business days
- Europe: 5-15 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-30 business days
These shipping times are averages. We cannot guarantee these shipping times. Delivery may happen quicker or later. Factors which can impact delivery times include natural disasters, holidays, increased demand, or any other factors which are beyond our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Arpanam is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
